My account was hacked and frozen in late July. I started an application to unfreeze the account immediately, but it was denied after I sent in pictures of myself holding my driver’s license along with a hand written sign asking to be unlocked. I’ve probably made 4-5 different support tickets over the course of the last month as I keep getting automated replies from Binance’s Zendesk email. I keep getting generic emails and when I reply to these emails, I get another generic email. After a few days, I would get an email asking if I was satisfied with my “support” and the ticket would automatically close saying that if I need further assistance, I would have to make another ticket. After having my first application denied, I made another application to unfreeze my accouunt. It’s been 15 days since I submitted my second application and I still haven’t gotten any acceptance or rejection emails from Binance regarding my second application to unfreeze my account. I’m stuck in a rut and I would love some guidance on how to reach with a human from Binance.
Edit: Binance support has finally replied! Thanks so much for helping me! I hope to get this issue resolved ASAP.
Edit2: Issue has been resolved, ended up having to retake pictures of me holding my id and recording a video of me doing the same. Money not stolen! 🙂
