Bonjour, I’m new here and been using KuCoin for a couple of months to purchase an erc20 token XYO I’ve been interested in for a while.
I’ve made many transactions purchasing XYO with ETH and vice versa with no issues, but now I’ve got thisissuewhich may not be an issue, but my lack of understanding of the buy orders, so if someone could advise would hugely appreciate it.
The token has been sat at 0.0000016 for a while after a bit of a crash, so I was looking at buying some more in hope for an increase in price. It shows there are 1.7million XYO available for 0.0000016 of which I put in an order for 300,000XYO.
Usually these go through no issues but this time it’s been sat as a buy order for an hour, yet the price hasn’t changed. Am I missing something here, or because I’m buying a piece of what’s available am I right in saying it should’ve gone straight through like it has done previously? As I said, the price has been sat there for a while with little or no movement.

Any advice warmly welcomed.
Merci!

Bonjour! If an order has remained open for an extended period, it may be that the price you entered is not consistent with the current market price. If no one is selling at the price you chose, your order will remain on your open orders list.

If this is the case, you can find your order on your open orders list and cancel the order. ensuite, place your order again at a price more consistent with a current market price, or click on the list of existing orders to buy or sell directly. If you want to get help for a closer look on your case, get in touch with our [équipe](https://www.kucoin.com/zendesk_chat.html) 🙂 Thanks

You are correct in Thinking your order for 16 Sat should of gone straight thru. If price is 16 Sat and you pay 16 then you should get your XYO. Im guessing you have canceled your order and tried it again. Only thing i can think of is one to many 0’s. comme .000000016 versus .0000000016.
